GemmaCert respects & protects customers’ data and privacy. This effects in:

1. Device does not record locations or audio and does not contain GPS or microphone

2. Smartphone app does not access GPS or microphone

3. Raw measured data and its analysis results are stored at AWS (Amazon Web Services) and are subject to AWS security provisions –

    • ISO 27001 for technical measures
    • ISO 27017 for cloud security
    • ISO 27018 for cloud privacy
    • PCI DSS Level 1
    • SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3
    • Compliant DPA – GDPR-compliant Data Processing Addendum (DPA), GDPR contractual obligations

4. Access to customer’s analysis results is controlled by customer’s password and are not accessible to any other customer; accessible to GemmaCert staff for customer support purposes

5. Customers may change their passwords any time through Customer Portal

What information GemmaCert collects and why:

If you’re just browsing the website, we collect the same basic information that most websites collect. We use common internet technologies, such as cookies and web server logs. This is stuff we collect from everybody, whether they have an account or not.

The information we collect about all visitors to our website includes the visitor’s browser type, language preference, referring site, additional websites requested, and the date and time of each visitor request.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms and Conditions of Sale (including any exhibit thereof, the “T&Cs”).
